It is located between the quiet residential street Calle Carrerillo - lined on the left and right by terracotta pots with small palm trees - and the street that leads directly to the medieval town of Arta. The historic house was completely renovated in 2018 and transformed into a design jewel. Due to its architecture, the house is only suitable for adults, the upper floor and the roof terrace are accessible via stairs. Downstairs: A light-flooded, spacious, loft-like living room with a library and a 60" flat screen integrated into the wall for perfect reception of all major channels.
On a gallery: the modern brick kitchen and the spacious dining area with six armchairs from a Danish design manufacturer. Behind it: the floor-to-ceiling glass front, which opens up the view of the picturesque patio: with a refreshing 2 x 4-m pool, splashing fountain, outdoor shower and historic fieldstone facade.
The bright stone staircase leads to the first floor: two beautiful bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm), decorated in a relaxing beach look. In the middle: the designer bathroom (wall decoration in concrete-look) - with rain shower, bathtub and toilet, as well as an interior patio with fragrant lemon tree. This patio also offers a view of the sky from the first floor.
Right at the top: The Sundowner roof terrace with a view over the Sierra de Llevant and over the roofs of Sant Llorenc - to the tower of the 14th century baroque church. Perfect for experiencing picturesque sunsets or enjoying the spectacular starry sky of Mallorca at night.
